Since being elected as your Member of Parliament, I have been fighting for our area to get its fair share of public money to help improve our local infrastructure. One of my top priorities is to improve the High Peak’s access to ultrafast broadband and reliable mobile phone coverage across our rural communities.
The Peak District’s unique geography means we have some of worst mobile coverage blackspots in the entire country. This means too many people are not getting the service they are paying for. I have raised this issue in Parliament many times, urging Ministers to speed up the rollout of gigabit-capable broadband, and boost mobile coverage to the hardest-to-reach places.
To help my efforts to keep the pressure up and identify the worst coverage blackspots, I have launched this survey to get a complete picture of what is happening on the ground.
Please take a few minutes to complete my survey and let me know what your broadband and mobile coverage is like.
